What Types of Appointments Can I Schedule?

• Initial Session: 75 minutes Evaluation Session (Couples, Adults, Families & Children) – $185
• Individual Session: 50 minutes Standard One-on-One Therapy (For Adults & Children) –  $150
• Couple/Family Session: 75 minutes All Couples & Families – $215
• Individual Session: 75 minutes Extended One-on-One Therapy (For Adults & Children) – $215

How Do I Schedule My First Appointment?

You may call Angelina or use the online form below to schedule your first appointment.  Please note that submission of this online form does not confirm your appointment.  Angelina H. Rodriguez will contact you within 24 hours to consult with you and confirm your appointment time.  Please fill out the online form below.

What if I Need to Cancel an Appointment?

We respect your time and reserve all your appointments in advance.  If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.  To ensure your cancellation, please use our twenty-four hour call service at 713-206-8429.  Emails are not considered a form of cancellation.

What About Insurance? All clients are directly billed for services.  We do not accept any forms of insurance and this totally protects your privacy.  If you request reimbursement from your insurance company, we will gladly provide you the documentation and receipts.  We strongly recommend contacting your insurance carrier in advance to ask about your “out of network” reimbursement benefits.

When Can I Make Appointments?

Please use our twenty-four hour call service at 713-206-8429 to schedule your appointments.  Appointment times are during regular office hours of 9am to 6pm Monday through Thursday.
